AUTOMATIC: Transmission
case and all internal parts including torque converter, ring and pinion gears, sun gear, planetary gear, internal bearings, seals, gaskets,
oil pan, transmission mounts and modulators.
MANUAL: Manual
transmission / transaxle housing and all internal parts including ring and pinion
gears, sun gear, planetary gear, synchros, shift rails, internal bearings, seals, gaskets, oil pan and
transmission mounts. (Clutch and all clutch components cannot be covered).
ENGINE: Engine block,
cylinder heads, internal parts including pistons, piston rings, pins, crankshaft,
main bearing, rods, rod bearings, camshaft, timing gears, timing chain or belt, rocker arms, shafts and
bushings, valves, valve springs, guides and seats, pushrods, lifters, oil pump, intake and exhaust
manifolds, engine mounts, balancer and flywheel, engine gaskets, water pump, oil pan, valve and timing
covers, turbocharger / supercharger assembly and emission control system.
COOLING: Radiator and
coolant recovery tank, fan clutch, fan blades and motor, heater core and transmission cooler. In addition, DriveMAX will pay
for the mechanical failure of the vehicle’s thermostat.
BRAKES: Master cylinder and
booster, compensator or proportioning valve, ABS brake system components, brake lines, calipers, wheel cylinders, parking
brake cable, brake linings, brake drums, rotors and disc brake pads.
SUSPENSION: (Front and
Rear) Control arms shafts and bushings, upper and lower ball joints, struts, wheel bearings, spindle and spindle support, coil or
leaf springs, electronic level control components, stabilizer bar and bushings.
ELECTRICAL: Generator or
alternator, battery, voltage regulator, starter motor, solenoid and drive, wiper,
window and seat motors, engine distributor and module,
cruise control and components, ESC systems, electronic
instrument clusters and driver information systems,
burglar alarm or electronic entry systems, doorlock
actuators, mirror motor switch, power window switch, power lock switch, headlight switch, brake light switch,
rear window defogger, horn and relay, electrical mirror
motor, convertible top motor, sunroof motor, power antenna motor, power trunk/hatch release solenoid,
window regulators, ignition coil, electronic control
modules, crank sensor, automatic temperature control
sensor, ride height sensor, oxygen sensor, map sensor,
throttle position sensor, vehicle speed sensor, knock
sensor, tape player and compact disc player.
STEERING: Steering gear
housing and internal parts, rack and pinion housing and internal parts, power steering pump, seals and gaskets, tie rods,
idler and pitman arms, center link, coupling and shafts, steering wheel tilt and telescoping mechanism
and turn signal switch.
DRIVE AXLE: Parts contained
within front or rear differential / axle housings and transfer case and internal parts including driveshafts, axle
shaft, bearings, u-joints and constant velocity joints, seals and gaskets.
FUEL SYSTEM: Fuel supply
pump, return lines, fuel pressure regulator, level sending unit, fuel injectors,
injection pump and fuel injection control components.
AIR CONDITIONING: Condenser,
compressor, evaporator core, seals, gaskets, orifice, POA valve, idler pulley, bearings blower motor, accumulator and
receiver drier.
EXTRAS: Air bags and safety
restraint systems.

may not apply to True Blue Value or Black & White Special Vehicles.
As you can see, we’re committed to making our warranty
as comprehensive as possible. Unfortunately we can only cover the things that we can control. Once a car
leaves our lot, things happen. Grocery carts can attack, dogs can scratch, stones can chip. We can’t
protect you from those and certain other things, as much as we would like to. So here’s a list of things
our limited warranty simply can’t cover.
NOT COVERED UNDER DRIVEMAX WARRANTY
Normal maintenance services and parts including engine tune up (spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap & rotor),
carburetor, eg valve, filters, lubricants & fluids, hoses & belts, alignment, friction clutch disc and pressure plate or
clutch release bearing.
After market accessories or non original equipment, components and systems not installed by the manufacturer,
ie, anti theft systems, radio / speaker equipment, telephones, cruise control and sun roofs.
Any damage or breakdown caused by collision, fire, theft, vandalism, natural disaster, abuse, misuse or alteration.
Any oil or fluid leaks.
Failure of any seals resulting in oil or fluid leaks.
Any repairs made or parts supplied by any persons without
the written authorization by Drivemax.
Failure to perform the required maintenance of the vehicle and keep records of same will void any warranty coverage.
Any future claim where the odometer reading has been altered, discounted, is inoperable or the actual mileage not
documented.
Any vehicle that has been used for competitive driving or racing, passengers for hire, commercial delivery or rental
purposes.
Use of the vehicle to tow a trailer or another vehicle, unless it is equipped for this as recommended by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer or any third party warranted items.
Repair or replacement of paint, glass, trim, moldings, vinyl or convertible tops.
Repair or replacement of upholstery, carpet, headliner, seats, mats, trim, moldings, or switches (due to cosmetic
reasons) Liability for damage to property, injury to or death to any persons arising out of the operation,
maintenance or use of the vehicle, whether or not related to the covered parts.
Notification of failure of a covered part must take place within the warranty period. Repairs will be made with
parts of the like kind and quality.
It is understood that replacement parts and /or components need not be new, but may be used or rebuilt and will be
guaranteed serviceable. A "breakdown" or "mechanical break down" means the failure of any original part covered
by this warranty to work as it was designed to work in normal service. However, reduced operation performance due
to wear and tear shall not be considered a "breakdown" within the meaning of this warranty. This warranty does
not constitute a written affirmation of fact of or promise by Drivemax, that the materials or workmanship of the vehicle
or any parts thereof are free of any defects or will meet a specified level of performance over a specified period of time.
Drivemax is not obligated to provide a purchaser with a replacement vehicle during any period a vehicle is being
serviced under this limited warranty.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A BREAKDOWN.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, a customer must follow these instructions:
A. If a breakdown occurs within the Warranty Period DriveMAX should be contacted immediately for the name
and location of the nearest authorized repair facility.
If a customer pays for repairs or replacement parts, an authorization number is required for reimbursement. For
warranty information or authorizations, simply call DriveMAX at:

B. Unless prior authorization is given, repair or replacement of covered parts must be performed at
an authorized DriveMAX repair facility.
C. Noncompliance with the above requirements will invalidate customer’s ability to submit a claim for that
repair or replacement.
D. It shall be customer’s responsibility to ensure repairs are made to customer’s satisfaction, in
accordance with the provisions of this Warranty.
E. DriveMAX reserves the right to inspect any vehicle.
